Roles and Responsibilities: Monitoring and TT Tools-L1
Skill & Job Requirements: "Ability to Identify IP Address schema, Subnets, Subnet Mask and perform basic IP Address management. Should have knowledge on various network elements, ports, devices, Links and Technologies. Should be able to understand Theoretical concepts in Network fundamentals like SNMP, TCP/IP, etc. Clear understanding of the Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Magic etc, and should be ableto create new tickets, modify/update tickets, Assign tickets to various queues. Clear understanding of Monitoring & Management tools like Solarwinds, WhatsUpGold, Cisco Works etc. Ability to handle Cisco Sys Log Reading, Reporting, SLAadherence etc."

Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: Freshers
Skills: Trained Technical position. Works in Process Driven, high degree of supervision environment. Provides support for simple troubleshoting requirements. May be required to work as on-call support or in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support.
