Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) is an autonomous society under Ministry of Power, Government of India. Set up in 1960 by the Government of India, it functions as a centre for applied research in electrical power engineering assisting the electrical industry in product development, Consultancy and quality assurance. CPRI also serves as an independent authority for testing and certification of power equipment. CPRI's governing body includes eminent professionals from industries, utilities, prestigious academic and research institutions and the government.

Qualification: Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering .Desirable: Experience in power distribution, willing to travel extensively and working knowledge of Malayalam. Local candidates will be preferred.
Location: Project Office, Kozhikode : 2 Nos Project Office, Kannur : 2 Nos
Pay Scale: Rs. 16000
Tenure: All the above posts are for a period of one year extendable to maximum of two Years.
