Oracle recruiting 2010 pass out freshers for service desk position.
Location: Bangalore
Eligibility:
BE / Btech / BCA / BSC freshers in Computer Science - 2010 passouts ONLY
Good understanding in supporting medium to large applications.
· You will be working directly with internal and external clients.
· You will be providing user support of IBM PC/Windows network custom business applications.
· You will be providing helpdesk or service desk support (highly desirable)
· Understanding with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications;
specifically EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Electronic Mail.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Staff 24 x 7 Technical Support Line. - SHIFTS
· Refer client problems according to established procedures.
· Assist in providing information and support to second level
team regarding previously reported items and resolutions to increase productivity.
· Assist the Service Support team to collate data for analytics on outages and problems.
· Develop a complete understanding of Oracle product line.
