Walk-In Interview for the post of Junior Research Fellows
After attaining the status of a full-fledged laboratory in December 1981, DTRL is actively engaged
in terrain evaluation studies for meeting diverse needs of our armed forces. The vision of the lab
is to become a technological leader in producing high resolution terrain intelligence products for
Defence Applications. In this endeavour, DTRL is working for development of reliable systems for
characteristising terrain by employing modern techniques and systems to exploit the satellite data
resources for varied applications.
In our ongoing efforts relating this, DTRL invites applications for the following vacancies of Junior
Research Fellows (JRF)::
JRF (COMPUTER SCIENCE):BE/B. Tech./M.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering with First Division no. of posts 1
JRF (CIVIL ENGINEERING: BE/ B Tech in Civil Engineering no. of posts 1
Desirable: Preference shall be given to those who have:
a) Qualified in CSIR/NET/UGC/GATE examination.
Eligible candidates may register by forwarding duly completed application form as per
Annexure –II (available at our website www.drdo.gov.in) to dir@dtrl.drdo.in on or before
06.09.2011. The registered candidates can appear for a walk-in-interview at 0930 hrs on
15.09.2011 at DTRL, Matcalfe House, Delhi – 110054. Traveling Allowances (TA) will NOT be
admissible for the interview.
Candidates will be required to produce certificates/ testimonials in original at the time of interview.
salary :JRF’s are offered a monthly stipend of Rs. 14,000/-pm + HRA and other facilities
admissible as per rules
